Destiny lurks everywhere, even though he refuses to believe in it. The dark forest of the dryads unexpectedly binds him to his fate, and no matter how hard Geralt tries, he cannot escape it.
Andrzej Sapkowski, winner of the World Fantasy Award for Lifetime Achievement, turned his short stories about the mysterious witcher into a global phenomenon that has conquered not only bookshelves and gaming consoles but also television screens worldwide. The second short story collection, Sword of Destiny, is a fantastic read about Geralt of Rivia as he fights demons, monsters, and prejudices.
