Any customer with a valid business ID (IČO) who fills out the registration form with their identification details.
When will I know my wholesale account is active?
We will notify you via email about your account activation no later than the next business day.
How can I shop as a wholesale customer?
Once logged into your wholesale account, you will see products from our wholesale offer. You then shop as usual via the e-shop: add items to your cart, select your shipping and payment method, and complete the order.
What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount; you order flexibly according to your needs.
How much of a discount can I get as a wholesale customer?
After logging into your wholesale account, you will see products from the wholesale offer with a discount of 15–40% off the retail price (depending on the supplier).
Can I combine the wholesale discount with other types of discounts?
It is not possible to combine a wholesale account with other discounts (e.g., gold coins).
Do I need to be registered with the Assay Office if I want to sell your silver jewelry?
Yes. Anyone trading in precious metals must be registered with the Assay Office, whether it is a brick-and-mortar store or an e-shop. You can find more information about the basic obligations for precious metal traders HERE.
Do you offer free shipping for wholesale customers?
Yes, for Czech wholesale customers, we offer free shipping on orders over 3,999 CZK including VAT.
Do you provide an XML feed for wholesale customers?
Yes, we have an XML feed ready for our business partners, which we will send to you upon request.
Do you send a wholesale newsletter to your business partners?
Yes, if interested, we send our business partners a monthly newsletter with information and news about items we have added to our stock.
