How do we pack your orders?

We pack every order for you individually. Our packers have their own stations with all the necessary materials ready, and they handle your order from start to finish.

• We always take great care in packing – we are fans ourselves, so we want your items to arrive in a condition we would be happy with.
• We know that the original packaging of books, figures, or board games is part of the product's value.
• We have 20 years of experience and nearly 900,000 shipped orders behind us.
• We don't skimp on padding, reinforcements, or packaging materials, especially for fragile or delicate items.
• Do you have a special request for packing? Just add it to the order notes – we'll gladly accommodate you if we can.
• We monitor customer reviews – they are important feedback for us, thank you for them!

• We use corrugated cardboard boxes, as well as plastic, bubble, and cardboard envelopes. We use the same materials for protective padding.
• We recycle almost all the packaging material that arrives with our incoming shipments.
