This expansion is definitely optional and you don't strictly need it. It replaces the tokens from the base game with miniatures, adds two new skirmish maps, one campaign mission, several command cards for skirmish, and item cards for the campaign. The price is reasonable for the content, and if you play skirmish in Imperial Assault, it's definitely worth it.

Tohle rozšíření je určitě volitelné a nutně ho nepotřebujete. Ve hře nahradí žetonky ze základní hry za figurky, přidá dvě nové mapy pro skirmish, jednu kampaňovou misi, několik kartiček rozkazů pro skirmish a kartičky předmětů do kampaně. Cena je přiměřená obsahu a pokud v Imperial Assault hráváte i skirmish, tak se určitě vyplatí.

Rozšíření přináší, kromě skupiny tří figurek rebelských vojáků, i další možnosti do základní hry, i když ne nějaké závratné množství.

An expansion that replaces the tokens from the base game. It also adds one side mission to the campaign. If you focus only on that, the pack doesn't bring much new content. It's more useful if you want to play a duel (where you officially can't use tokens instead of miniatures). It also gives you more options for deck building. Plus, it includes 1 map with 2 alternative scenarios. In the base set, rebels only have heroes in a duel, so troopers are a great addition; being able to control 3 units in one activation is a huge advantage in missions where you need to activate objectives. They are closest to stormtroopers in terms of strength, but they have more defensive abilities.

Je užitečnější, pokud chcete hrát duel (kde oficiálně nelze používat žetony místo figurek). Dále vám přinese další možnosti v tvorbě balíčku karet. Navíc obsahuje 1 mapu a k ní 2 alternativní scénáře. V základní sadě mají rebelové v duelu pouze hrdiny, troopeři jsou tím pádem dobrým doplňkem, na jednu aktivaci ovládat 3 jednotky je v misích, kde je nutné něco aktivovat, veliká výhoda. Nejblíže jsou stormtrooprům co se týče síly, jen mají spíše defenzivní schopnosti.
