The store cancelled the order due to unavailability from the supplier. Unfortunately, it's impossible to find anywhere.
Vzhledem k nedostupnosti na straně dodavatele objednávku zrušil obchod. Bohužel nikde nesehnatelné.

The team at Imago is capable and willing to accommodate even non-standard requests, such as merging two already placed orders into one—something that is either impossible or a major hassle at other e-shops.
Na Imagu jsou schopni a ochotni vyjít zákazníkovi vstříc i s nestandardním požadavkem (např. sloučení dvou již odeslaných objednávek do jedné, což u jiných e-shopů buď nelze, nebo je značně problematické).

I was in Ostrava, so I had the chance to pick up my order in person at the store for the first time. It was great to see my favorite shop right at the "source." The order preparation speed and pickup were fine. I just accidentally drove past the customer parking lot, I missed it.
Byl jsem zrovna v Ostravě, měl jsem tak možnost si zboží vyzvednout poprvé osobně na prodejně. Bylo fajn se podívat na svůj oblíbený obchod přímo ze "zdroje". Rychlost připravení objednávky a vyzvednutí v pořádku. Jen jsem omylem přejel parkoviště pro zákazníky, přehlédl jsem ho.

Unfortunately, I couldn't pay by card online. I tried several times and it always resulted in a system error. I had to order the goods via cash on delivery.
