You can tell that Imago is run by true fans; they often have awesome, even rare products in stock. They usually shipped my orders the same day I placed them. Everything was always packed with care, even my mug arrived in perfect condition.
Je vidět, že Imago vedou opravdoví fanoušci, mají super často i raritní produkty. Odeslání většinou proběhlo ještě ten den, co jsem objednávala. Všechno bylo vždycky poctivě zabalené, i hrneček mi přišel v pořádku.

The shop processes orders quickly and to my full satisfaction. The only downside is that their e-shop doesn't seem to get along with card payments (KB) for some reason. I recommend paying by bank transfer instead.
Obchod plní objednávky rychle a k plné spokojenosti. Jedinou nevýhodou je fakt že si jejich e-shop z nějakého důvodu nerozumí s platbou kartou (KB). Doporučuji tedy platbu převodem.

They are simply the best – whatever I find at imago, or fantasyobchod as it used to be called, I don't look for anywhere else. Loyalty points for purchases and reviews. Great service, even when dealing with a claim (the only one in several years).

I recommend this shop. However, the product I bought had a very worn and scratched plastic packaging. If it were a gift for someone, I probably would have returned it.
