There was a small mix-up – they sent me the wrong item. When I asked what to do, they responded immediately: keep the item, as returning it would cost more than the product itself, and they would ship the correct one today. The very next day, I was able to pick it up at the parcel point. I definitely recommend them for their excellent service.
Došlo k chybce - poslali mi jednu položku jinou, na dotaz co s tím reagovali okamžitě: Zboží si nechte, vracení by bylo dražší než výrobek, požadované zboží bude dnes odesláno. Druhý den jsem si ho mohl jít vyzvednout na balíkovnu. Takže já jednoznačně doporučuju pro super jednání.

You'll find all sorts of collectibles on the e-shop at pretty reasonable prices. The delivery speed is great – I order one day, it ships immediately, and arrives the next or the day after at the latest. Everything is always in perfect condition. As a bonus, there's the “zlaťáky” loyalty program, where you can turn your collected points into cash discounts. Highly RECOMMEND!
Na e-shopu jsou dostupné všechny možné sběratelské předměty za poměrně přijatelné ceny. Doba dodání je skvělá - objednám jeden den, rovnou expedováno a dodáno druhý, maximálně další den. Vždy vše v naprostém pořádku. Jako bonus věrnostní program “zlaťáky” - kde se nasbírané body mohou proměnit na koruny (slevu). Velmi DOPORUČUJI!

Interesting selection at a great price. I've ordered multiple times and have always been satisfied. Delivery is prompt, and if there's ever an issue (like an item being out of stock) or if it's something that needs to be made to order (like a wax seal), I've always been notified about potential delays or longer lead times.
Overall, I rate my experience very positively. There's always room for improvement, but I have no complaints.
Zajímavá nabídka za fajn cenu. Již objednáváno opakovaně, vždy spokojen. Doručení je včasné, když je náhodou nějaký problém (není na skladě), nebo se jedná o věc, kterou je nutné vyrobit (např. pečetidlo) tak jsem byl vždy upozorněn na možné zpoždění, resp. delší dodací dobu.
Celkově hodnotím své zkušenosti velice pozitivně, s prostorem na zlepšení (ale ten je vždy) a nemám co vytknout
