One of my favorite shops, never had a bad experience so far. They always delivered everything I ordered, and very quickly too. Email communication is excellent. I can only recommend them.
Mnou velmi oblíbený obchod , zatím bez žádných špatných zkušeností. Vždy dodali všechno co jsem si objednal a velmi rychle dodali. Komunikace mailem - výborná. Mohu jenom doporučit.

The shop is great, they prepared my order immediately, but Zásilkovna really let me down this time... I'm still waiting for delivery, they even changed my pickup point :(

Nkupuju tady pravidelně a velice rád. Jen velký pozor! Pokud půjdete zboží vyzvednout na kamennou prodejnu, určitě koupíte ještě něco navíc, pro co jste tam vůbec nešli! ;)

The order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I only had an issue with the payment. The payment gateway refused to load on my desktop for two days. It finally worked after several attempts on my phone.
Zboží dorazilo rychle a v pořádku. Měl jsem pouze problém se zaplacením. Platební brána pro zaplacení se odmítala opakovaně přes 2 dny načíst na desktopu. Podařilo se až po několika pokusech přes telefon.

Fantasyobchod (I'm 'imago-ing' it for you at Imago :D) is still hassle-free, everything is fast, I'm kept in the loop, and if there's an issue, I find out about it. thumbs up
Nakoupil jsem a byylo mi doručeno. Škoda, že tohle šlověk musí psát a není to standartem i v jiných shopech. Fantasyobchod (na Imago vám imaguju :D ) je stále bezproblémový, všecko rychle, o všem vím a když je problém, dovím se. palec nahoru
