After ordering and paying via Google Pay, nothing happened for about a week (the only email I received was the order confirmation). Once I called after a week, everything was resolved immediately, and the goods were handed over to the carrier the next business day. Zásilkovna delivered them the day after that.
This probably wasn't the shop's fault, as the issue was that the Google Pay transaction didn't go through correctly. I'm not sure how that happened, as I had made other payments in the previous days without any issues (I checked my bank, and the payment really wasn't sent). Regardless, I would expect the system to automatically notify me about an unpaid order within a few days, or a week at the latest. Since it didn't notify me at all and I had to reach out myself, I'm not giving 5 stars, but a bit less.
Po objednání zboží a zaplacení přes Google Pay se asi týden nic nedělo (jediný email, který přišel byl potvrzení o přijetí objednávky), po tom co jsem se po týdnu ozval na telefon bylo vše okamžitě vyřešeno a zboží předáno přepravci následující pracovní den po zaplacení, Zásilkovna doručila následující den po předání.
Nejspíše nejde o chybu obchodu, protože problém byl s tím, že transakce přes Google Pay neprošla správně. Nevím jak se to mohlo stát, jelikož jsem v předchozích dnech platil i jiné věci a vše v pohodě (zkontroloval jsem banku a platba opravdu nebyla odeslána). Každopádně bych čekal, že systém automaticky upozorní na problém s nezaplacením objednávky v řádu dní, nejpozději týdne. Jelikož ale neupozornil vůbec a musel jsem se připomenout sám, tak nedávám 5*, ale trochu méně.

I placed my order on Friday at 11 AM and had it at home by Monday at 11 AM. If it weren't for the weekend, I would have had it the next day. Every fantasy fan will find exactly what they're looking for here. Whether it's books, LARP and cosplay gear, or figures, they have a massive selection. I also really appreciate the option to restock sold-out items, so not all is lost :)
V 11 dopoledne v pátek jsem objednal, v pondělí v 11 jsem měl objednávku doma. Kdyby nebyl víkend, mám to na druhý den. Každý fanoušek fantasy si tu vybere po čen prahne. Ať už literatura, potřeby na larp a cosplay, figurky. Mají toho v sortimentu mega moc Kladně hodnotím i možnost opětovného naslkladnění vyprodaných produktů, tzn není vše ztraceno :)
