GoPay is acting up a bit. It didn't work at all for my last order, and this time the payment took way too long, but that's probably not the shop's fault.
Trošku blbne GoPay, u minulé objednávky nešlo vůbec, u této platba trvala dost dlouho, ale to asi nebude chyba obchodu.

Everything went smoothly, the pickup was quick, and the short chat was definitely nice. :) I was just surprised that you only open at 11:00 AM when you close at 5:00 PM. I thought you opened at 10:00 AM. But the weather was nice, so I just sat on a bench at the bus stop for that hour.
Všechno proběhlo bez problémů, vydání bylo rychlé a krátké popovídání bylo rozhodně fajné. :) Jen mě zarazilo, že je otevřeno až od 11. hodiny, když je jen do 17. Myslela jsem, že je otevřeno už od 10. Ale tak bylo hezké počasí, člověk si tu hodinku poseděl na lavičce zastávky.

Wide range of products that always match the description. I've been shopping here for several years. Low shipping costs and delivery almost always within 1-2 days of ordering. Great communication if you have any special requests or questions. I also had a positive experience returning an item I chose incorrectly – which you can unusually do up to 60 days after purchase. Well-designed loyalty system, in my opinion better than one-off, time-limited discounts.
Široká nabídka zboží, vždy odpovídá popisu. Nakupuji zde několik let. Nízké poštovné a téměř vždy doručení do 1-2 dnů od objednání. V případě speciálních požadavků nebo dotazů skvělá komunikace. Mám i kladnou zkušenost s vrácením špatně vybraného zboží - což lze nezvykle až 60 dnů od nákupu. Skvěle řešený věrnostní systém, za mě lepší než jednorázové časově omezené slevy.

It's great that the name change from fantasobchod to imago hasn't affected the quality of service at all, and they still operate exactly how you'd want every purchase to go.
Je skvělé, že změna názvu z fantasobchod na imago se nikterak neprojevila na kvalitě služeb a pořád fungují tak, jak by si člověk přál od každého nákupu.
