I've never experienced such a fast order processing, especially in the last week before Christmas. From placing the order to delivery, it took only 2 days, even though one of them was a Sunday. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing.
Tak takto rychle vyřízenou objednávku, obzvlášt poslední týden před vánocemi, jsem ještě nezažila. Od napsání po doručení 2 dny, přitom ten 1 byla neděle. Mnohokrát děkuji, jste úžasní.

It's really hard to find any flaws. This shop has been consistently working on both its product range and the service it provides. It's great to come back here and watch the business thrive. It's a huge shame that such a high standard isn't more common.
Opravdu těžko se hledá jakýkoliv vroubek. Tento obchod dlouhodobě pracuje na nabídce zboží i na službě, kterou poskytuje. Je skvělé se sem vracet a sledovat, jak podnik prosperuje. Je ohromná škoda, že takto vysoká úroveň není běžnějším standardem.

Imago is a fantastic shop. I've shopped here several times and have always been completely satisfied. The store offers an amazing selection of products at reasonable prices. Their communication is great; I always know exactly what stage my order is in. Orders are processed in record time and packed with great care.
Plus, the e-shop is set up perfectly so you don't spend hours searching for products. Their filters are well-configured and functional.
Especially when buying book series, you know exactly which volume you're getting and what other titles the shop has in stock.
Imago je skvělý obchod. Nakupovala jsem zde už několikrát a vždy jsem byla maximálně spokojená. Obchod má úžasnou nabídku zboží za rozumné ceny. Skvěle komunikuje, vždy přesně vím v jakém stavu se momentálně objednávka nachází. Objednávka je zpracovaná v rekordním čase a velmi pečlivě zabalená. Eshop je navíc skvěle nastaven tak, aby člověk nestrávil hodiny hledáním výrobků a pod. Mají skvěle nastavené a funkční filtry. Obzvlášť při nakupování knižních sérií, člověk ví přesně, který díl si kupuje, jaké další eshop má nebo nemá a pod.
