I love shopping at this store. I bought this as a bachelorette party gift for a scavenger hunt. It was a huge hit, we all had a blast :-)

- Fast order processing, feedback - willingness to exchange goods...
- The reviews we read regarding t-shirt sizes are misleading; the numbers match the standard, there is no need to buy a smaller size....
- Rychlost vyřízení objednávky, zpětná vazba - ochota výměny zboží...
- Recenze, které jsme četli ohledně velikosti triček jsou zavádějící, čísla odpovídají standardu, není potřeba kupovat menší....

- The goods still haven't arrived—it's been 7 days, and they won't arrive for at least another 5. The shop handled everything very well and quickly. However, Zásilkovna sent me an SMS to pick up the package, but the goods weren't there. I started tracking it, and for the first 24 hours, no one could tell me where my package was; I was promised a callback, but no one ever called me back. Then I found out that even though the package was there, something went wrong (every operator made up a different excuse), and the package was sent back 130 km to a depot, where it sat for another 48 hours. Then it arrived at the local depot, where no one could arrange delivery because it was Friday and too late in the day. Now there's a weekend and two public holidays, so I'll be waiting a total of 12 days for the package. I've already been on vacation for 8 days, so I can't pick it up and have to figure out who can, because ZÁSILKOVNA is unable to hold the package at the pickup point until I return from vacation in 14 days. NEVER AGAIN ZÁSILKOVNA!!!!!! Everyone makes up different excuses, no one knows anything, and I was promised three times that "we might be able to deliver it by tomorrow." Never again, thank you.
Obchod provedl vše velmi dobře a rychle.
