Everything arrived in perfect condition. I recommend it. After a minor issue, the shop reached out on their own with a solution. A pleasant surprise.

- super fast delivery, cheap shipping, reliable Zásilkovna service
- velmi rychlé dodání, levné poštovné, doručení spolehlivou Zásilkovnou

- Fast delivery and order processing. The sizes match the measurements on the e-shop and fit perfectly.
- The cloak clasps don't have the attachment mechanism we expected. It would be helpful to include instructions in the product description on how to attach them to the cloak (sewing is impractical for washing and also not ideal aesthetically). Otherwise, the look of the clasps is perfect. Nothing else to complain about.
