I weave and do leatherwork, using this waxed thread as my warp. I first found it in this shop and have stayed loyal ever since. Fast shipping and zero issues.
Tkám a sedl. dratev používám jako osnovu. Poprvé jsem ji našla právě v tomto obchodě a zůstala jsem mu věrná. Je to rychlost a žádný problém.

- Awesome clothes, but what pleased me even more was the shipping speed. Ordered on Tuesday evening, picked it up at the Zásilkovna point on Thursday.

- The items were packed extremely securely. I don't think even a glass would break if the package fell.

- Speed and quality of packaging, the little heart on the invoice was a nice touch
- Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged.. I don't blame the fantasy shop for this, but the manufacturer.. as there is a quite deep, thick scratch on the wolf sigil of the Stark tankard I ordered

I can't think of any negatives, just a heads-up: if you order items that aren't in stock (which can happen especially with Games Workshop products), be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Otherwise, the shop is excellent, I highly recommend it.

- Friendly and helpful approach.
- Not a disappointment, but I would focus more on medieval-period goods. Perhaps fewer cotton clothes and more linen and wool items...
- Hlavně vstřícný a vlídný přístup.
Snad méně bavlněného oblečení a povícero lněných a vlněných...

- The ordered goods (specifically a T-shirt) arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. As for the fabric and the shirt itself, it's a really comfortable material, excellently stitched, and true to size.
- Objednané zboží (konkrétně tričko) bylo dodáno velice rychle a v perfektním stavu. Co se týče látky a samotného trika, je to opravdu příjemný materiál, skvěle ušité a velikostně odpovídající.

- Communication was top-notch. While packing, they noticed a minor cosmetic defect. They informed me immediately and even sent a photo. I had the option to cancel the purchase (it was the last piece in stock). For me, this means I will recommend imago.cz and shop here again.
- Komunikace byla na jedničku. Při balení zjistili zanedbatelnou kosmetickou vadu. Ihned mně informovali a poslali i foto.

- I shop here repeatedly and have never been dissatisfied. On the contrary, the store always pleasantly surprises me. I can praise everything from the helpful and prompt communication to the amazingly designed new pickup point and store in one, as well as the high-quality goods that always arrive in perfect condition and on time, often even a day or two early. I recommend this place to all fans of fantasy, sci-fi, LARP, and various mythologies (especially Norse), as well as passionate readers or gamers, but not only them. You can truly buy gifts here for almost anyone, regardless of age, gender, or level of quirkiness.
