- They're comfortable and I'd still fit in them even if I gained some weight. I was happy to see they have pockets.

- The e-shop is very easy to navigate and the goods arrived quickly. The package was nicely packed and arrived in perfect condition.
- A problem occurred with the Rocket & Groot bust. Groot was broken, but it wasn't the carrier's fault; the bust was packed in the original packaging in such a way that it couldn't have happened during transit.
- Groot must have been broken at the manufacturer's.
- I immediately contacted the shop via email to report the damaged bust and start the claim process.
- The response was quick and everything was handled right away.
- I packed the bust back into its original box and sent it back. I didn't pay anything; I just received a code to use at the Zásilkovna drop-off point where I originally picked up the package.
- The guy from fantasyobchodu.cz wrote to me that as soon as they receive the broken bust, they will send me a new product, which they will check before shipping it to my address.
- I have absolutely no complaints.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving. You don't see this kind of service every day, and I'm very glad that this shop with such nice people didn't let me down.
- Thank you!

- Výborná komunikace i řešení.

- I have nothing to complain about at the moment. The store wasn't cluttered and I liked the decorations.
- Konečně to vypadá jako obchod a ne sklad
- Nemám nic co bych momentálně vytknul. Prodejna nebyla přeplácaná a dekorace se mi líbila.

- The card shuffler arrived broken. The box showed signs of wear and clear evidence of being opened (it arrived unsealed and poorly closed), and the manual was missing. While the manual isn't strictly necessary for this type of product, it’s a clear sign that the original packaging had been tampered with. This shuffler is no longer available on the website, except for the damaged piece I received. My husband is a repairman, so he fixed it and it works now. If I didn't have that option, I would have sent it back for a claim. It still leaves a bitter taste, though. It can happen that a faulty product is delivered, but something was wrong here from the very beginning.
- Rychlost dodání zboží
- Míchačka karet dorazila nefunkční. V krabici, nesoucí lehké známky opotřebení a jasné znaky otvírání (přišla nezalepená a špatně zavřená), chyběl návod k použití. No, manžel opravář výrobek opravil a funguje, kdybych neměla tuto možnost, posílala bych ho k reklamaci,.

I have no complaints about Fantasy obchod, but the manufacturer ABYstyle should probably implement stricter quality control for their Game of Thrones - Stark 500ml beer mug. I received a mug with debris embedded in the glass. Unfortunately, this defect cannot be removed.
