How do we approve reviews?

Anyone with an account can write a product review. We approve reviews manually. If we verify via email address that the customer has purchased the item from us, we mark the review as verified.

Review approval takes a few days (1-2 weeks during peak season), but this allows us to guarantee that:

• the review contains no unnecessary profanity, offensive, or discriminatory content 🤬
• it actually reflects a customer experience
• the review is not a duplicate
• the product photo attached to the review is original
• it is not hidden advertising or links outside our galaxy
• it is not a customer inquiry (we have a contact form for those)

If a review does not meet the above criteria, we will not approve it.

We sort reviews on the website by the date they were posted. Logged-in users can click "like" on any review they find helpful. Reviews with the most likes are displayed first.

We may machine-translate reviews. In such cases, a link to view the original text is always included.

As a thank you, we give registered users loyalty dice for submitting a review. Everyone gets the reward, regardless of the star rating or whether the review is positive or critical. Every rewarded review is clearly marked as such.
