A great starter set. You get a wide selection of colors and a versatile basic brush for a low price. I'm a beginner and I have no complaints.
Parádní set pro začátečníky, za malou cenu velký výběr barev a základní univerzální štětec. Jsem začátečník a nemůžu si stěžovat.
As advertised, the set includes eight base colors (including a skin tone), which is more than enough for the casual modeler. The set also features a fairly dark wash, one metallic paint, and a great brush.
As for working with the paints, they have ideal coverage and consistency—you don't even need to thin them if you use a damp brush. They are also easy to mix. I only plan on buying more washes in the future; the standard colors are perfectly fine for now.
Jak je avizováno, sada obsahuje osm základních barev (včetně pleťového odstínu) a minimálně pro nenáročného modeláře tak bohatě postačí. Součástí sady je i celkem tmavý wash, jedna metalická barva a super štětec.
Co se týče práce s barvami, mají ideální krytí i konzistenci - při použití vlhkého štětce je ani není potřeba ředit. Stejně tak se barvy dají i bez problému míchat. Do budoucna plánuji maximálně koupit více různých washů, klasické barvy zatím nejsou potřeba.
Definitely the best starter set for beginners. And for advanced users, too. The price is reasonable. It includes basic shades and two special colors. With a little practice, you can mix almost anything using any technique. Painting was much more complicated back in the 90s. These paints are amazing.
Pro nováčky rozhodně nejlepší startovní sada. I pro pokročilé uživatele. Cena je přijatelná. Základní odstíny a dvě speciální barvy. S trochou cviku se dá namíchat skoro cokoliv při využití jakýchkoliv technik. V 90' letech bylo barvení mnohem složitější. Tyhle barvy jsou úžasné.
A great starter set for painting all kinds of miniatures and similar items. I was deciding between Army Painter and Citadel, but I ultimately chose this set because it includes base colors that let you mix any shade you need, which Citadel doesn't offer. Another advantage is the included wash for shading and a brush that works well for larger areas while still being precise enough for details. I highly recommend buying some AP mixing balls as well, as the paints are quite difficult to mix without them.
Skvělá začátečnická sada na barvení všech možných figurek a podobných věcí. Rozhodoval jsem se mezi Army Painter a Citadel, ale nakonec jsem zvolil tuto sadu jelikož jsou tu základní barvy se kterými jste si schopni namíchat jakoukoli barvu a odstín, což Citadel nenabízí. Výhodou je také přiložený wash na stíny a štětec, který je vhodný na větší plochy, ale dají se s ním malovat i detaily. Nakonec velice doporučuji dokoupit mixing balls od AP, jelikož bez nich se barvy velice obtížně míchají.
