Scythe: Invaders from Afar

The Invader from Afar expansion brings two new factions: the British Albion and the Japanese Togawa Shogunate. These new factions add even more variety to an already highly variable game and allow for up to seven players (though I wouldn't recommend that, as the wait between turns gets too long). It's a solid expansion, but not necessarily a must-have unless you plan on playing with six or seven people. However, it's definitely worth a try, and die-hard Scythe fans shouldn't miss it.

Rozšíření Invader from afar přináší dvě nové frakce, britský Albion a japonský šógunát Togawa. Nové frakce přidávají dalí variabilitu do již tak hodně variabilní hry umožňuje hru až v sedmi hráčích (to už bychale nedoporučoval, protože čekání na tah je pak až moc dlouhé). Jedná se o solidní rozšíření, není to ale nutně must have, pokud se nechystáte hrát v šesti či sedmi lidech. Rozhodně ale stojí za vyzkoušení a zarytí fanoušci scythe by si ho neměli nechat ujít.

A really great expansion. It adds 2 new factions that are slower on the move but pack a serious punch in combat.

Velice povedené rozšíření. Přidává 2 nové frakce, které jsou na tom hůře s pohybem, ale jsou velice dobré v boji.

This expansion introduces two new factions with unique abilities. The game is now more diverse and supports up to 7 players.
The miniatures are once again highly detailed and just begging to be painted. This expansion is a must-have for every Scythe fan.
The language barrier isn't an issue here, as there is minimal English text, and you can download a fan-made translation on board game forums.

Toto rozšíření přináší dvě nové frakce s novými vlastnosti. Hra je o něco pestřejší a přináší partii až pro 7 hračů.
Figurky jsou opět velmi dobře zpracovány a říkají si o namalování. Rozšíření by nemělo chybět každýmu hráči, který má rád hru Scythe.
Český jazyk není takovou podstatou, protože anglického textu je zde obsaženo minimum a lze stáhnout překlad na deskovém foru.

Each faction offers unique strategies, making the game even more engaging. This expansion allows for up to seven players. We've personally played with a maximum of four, which I think is the ideal number.

Prakticeké rozšíření. Dvě nové frakce doplní prázdné startovní místa na herním plánu.
Frakce mají odlišné strategie pro hru a tím pádem je hra zase o něco zajímavější. S rozšířením lze hrát až se sedmi hráči. Osobně jsme hráli ve maximálně ve čtyrech a myslím, že to je ideální počet.
