Power Grid Deluxe

Power Grid Deluxe is a special 10th-anniversary edition of this classic strategy board game. You play as power company magnates building power plants, buying fuel, and expanding your electrical grid across one of two game maps.

This edition features bigger, better, and more beautiful components. Everything is grander—the double-sided game board features maps of both North America and Europe.

Each round, you bid on power plants, purchase fuel, and expand your network. At the end of the round, you burn fuel in your plants and earn money based on the number of cities you power. Will you choose expensive, eco-friendly plants that don't need fuel, or cheaper ones that require coal or oil? Or perhaps you'll go nuclear?

Players must also contend with a clever catch-up mechanic that keeps the game tight. The winner is the player who powers the most cities in the final round.
