I used the matcha more for baking and making oil. I didn't really like the taste of it prepared the classic way. On the other hand, it was great in ice cream. It didn't really suit me as a drink.

Matchu jsem více využila na pečení a výrobu oleje. Klasicky připravovaný mi nějak neseděl po chuti. Ve zmrzlině byl naopak super. Na pití mi moc nesedl.

Matcha is incredibly versatile in the kitchen. You can whisk up a traditional tea, try a less conventional (but delicious) matcha latte, or use it for baking. I chose raw matcha balls for my review photo because they perfectly demonstrate its versatility—and because they were delicious!

Matcha je v kuchyni univerzální. Můžete si udělat tradiční čaj, můžete zkusit méně tradiční (ale velice chutné) matcha latte, nebo použít matchu na pečení. Jako fotku k recenzi jsem tedy vybral raw matcha kuličky, protože demonstrují univerzálnost použití a taky proto, že byly moc dobré!

I'm giving it 4 stars, mainly because it works well as an ingredient for baking or smoothies. However, I don't personally like it as a tea. I've tried making it several times, both stronger and weaker, but as a standalone drink, it's quite strange. It has a weird bitter aftertaste, though I'm not saying others won't enjoy it—to each their own! :)

Dávam 4 hviezdičky, ale to najmä kvôli tomu, že je to vhodné ako ingrediencia napr. do pečenia či smoothie. Avšak osobne mi to ako čaj nechutí, robil som ho viackrát, skúšal pripraviť silnejší i slabší, no ako samostatný nápoj je to dosť zvláštne, cítiť v tom čudnú horkú pachuť, no nevravím, že to iným chutiť nebude, veď sto ľudí sto chutí :)
