Overall I was satisfied, even though there was a slight issue with a delivery delay and missing items. Communication was good, and they refunded the money for the missing items immediately. The products are nice, it brought joy. I recommend this shop.

I've shopped at Imago several times now and I'm always super happy. During my last order, I forgot to use my gold coins (the old loyalty program), but when I messaged them, they were happy to help me out. Plus, the gear is always packed perfectly and shipped with the utmost care.
Na Imago jsem nakupoval už několikrát a jsem velice spokojen. Při poslední objednávce jsem zapomněl použít na nákup zlaťáky (starý věrnostní program) a když jsem jim napsal, ochotně mi pomohli. Navíc zboží je vždy perfektně zabaleno a přepravuje se jako v bavlnce.
