I really appreciate the clear communication on the website, through the order form, and via SMS notifications. I had a perfect overview of what was in stock and when my order would be shipped. (In my case, the stated restock date was spot on, and the shipping was fast.)
Oceňuji naprosto jasnou komunikaci na webu, přes objednávkový formulář a následně pomocí sms notifikací. Měla jsem přesný přehled, co je skladem a kdy bude celá objednávka expedována. (V mém případě naprosto souhlasil deklarovaný termín doskladnění a pak byla expedice rychlá.)

Unfortunately, the carrier failed to deliver the package within a week due to some technical issues. Not a bad word to say about the shop itself, though.
Bohužel dopravce nebyl do týdne schopen doručit zásilku, kvůli jakýmsi technickým problémům. Na obchod samotný ani slůvko špatné.
