I ordered in-stock items on Tuesday morning. I called to confirm when they would ship, and the staff knew exactly that Zásilkovna picks up parcels around 3 PM. My order arrived at the pickup point the very next day (Wednesday afternoon).
V úterý dopoledne jsem objednal zboží, které měli skladem. Po telefonu jsem se ujistil, kdy budou zboží posílat, a obchodník přesně věděl, že zásilkovna vyzvedává zásilky odpoledne asi v 15 hodin. Zboží mi bylo doručeno hned druhý den (ve středu odpoledne) na pobočku zásilkovny.

Imago is the best. It's a shame they aren't open on weekends – when we visit friends in Ostrava for the weekend, we'd love to see them in person too :-)

A very honest and fast shop. I've been shopping here for many years and they've never let me down. They have a more than solid selection of books, figures, and games. Most of it is in stock immediately. The only problem is the huge amount of stuff I'd love to buy – you could easily spend your entire paycheck here. So, I have to keep myself in check... :) I can only recommend them.
Velmi poctivý a rychlý obchod.
Nakupuji zde již dlouhé roky a ještě mne nezklamali.
Mají víc než solidní výběr knížek, figurek i her . Většinu mají ihned skladem.
Jediný problém je právě v tom obrovském množství toho co bych rád koupil - člověk by tu nechal i celou výplatu. Takže se musím držet zkrátka... :)
Mohu pouze doporučit.

I 100% recommend them. The only downside is that I often miss out on what I need (e.g., in a specific size). They have a wide range of products. They process orders quickly and are reliable. I like that I can pay for my goods via cash on delivery.
100% doporučuji. Jedinou nevýhodou je, že často nestihnu koupit to, co potřebuji (např. v určité velikosti). Mají širokou nabídku zboží. Rychle vyřídí objednávku a je na ně spolehnutí. Líbí se mi, že můžu platit zboží dobírkou.
