Forsaken Lore is an expansion that introduces neither new game mechanics nor new investigators. However, it brings a wealth of cards for the Ancient Ones from the base game. If you have already played the base game extensively, know most of the cards by heart, and the Ancient Ones no longer surprise you, then Forsaken Lore is the perfect expansion for you. It adds new encounter cards, mystery cards, and mythos cards. Plus, you can face Yig, the Father of Serpents. It is no surprise that new condition cards like Poisoned and Lost in Time and Space appear as well. Naturally, the expansion also includes new items, artifacts, and spells. It is a great expansion that offers a lot of value for your money, providing plenty of new plot twists and stories to give your Eldritch Horror a fresh spark.

If you want to add more investigators or game mechanics to your game, check out other expansions. Otherwise, I highly recommend Forsaken Lore.

Forsaken Lore je rozšíření, které nepřináší nové herní mechanismy, ani nové investigátory. Přináší ale spoustu karet pro prastaré ze základní hry. Pokud už máte základ nahraný, znáte většinu karet a prastaří už vás nemají čím překvapit, pak je Forsaken Lore to správné rozšíření pro vás. Prináší nové karty setkání, nové karty tajemství i nové mythos karty. Navíc se můžete utkat s Jigem, praotcem všech hadů. Není tedy divu, že se objeví i nová karta kondice Otrava a také Ztracen v čase a prostoru. V rozšíření jsou samozřejmě i nové předměty, artefakty a kouzla. Jde o hodné rozšíření, kdyz za málo peněz dostanete hodně muziky a nových zápletek a příbehů a váš Eldritch horror dostane opět nový náboj.

Pokud chcete do hry přidat další vyšetřovatele nebo herní mechaniky, pak mrkněte na jiné rozšíření, v každém jiném případě mohu Forsaken Lore jen doporučit.

An essential expansion that adds plenty of cards to the somewhat thin base game deck. You won't have to worry about repetitive encounters anymore. Don't even bother playing Eldritch without it; you'd get bored too quickly, and that would be a real shame.

Nepostradatelné rozšíření, které přidává spoustu karet k poněkud slabší výbavě základní krabice, teď už se nebude stávat, že by se některá střetnutí častěji opakovala. Bez něj se nemá cenu do Eldritche pouštět, mohl by vás brzy omrzet a to by byla škoda.
