Description
Castles of Burgundy takes you to the Burgundy region of medieval France. You take on the role of an aristocrat ruling a small principality. Build settlements and sturdy castles, establish trade routes along the river, mine silver, and put the knowledge of travelers to good use.
The core game mechanic relies on a pair of dice. You can influence your rolls, so you aren't entirely at the mercy of luck. The rules include both a basic and an advanced version of the game.
The game is in English.

Another one of Feld's dice-based Eurogames, and arguably his best one yet. It's relatively low-conflict and focuses on satisfying engine-building—it's a hit with the ladies, too! While it might look like a solitaire game at first glance, you need to keep a close eye on your opponents and react to their moves. It plays best with up to 3 players (perfect for 2), while a 4-player game can stretch the playtime a bit (up to 2 hours).
Další z Feldových kostkových euroher a pravděpodobně prozatím i nejlepší. Poměrně nekonfliktní a hezky budovatelské - baví i holky!
