Just like the first small expansion, the second one offers only a handful of new material—four new technologies and two agendas.

An interesting addition is a blank technology card, where you can come up with your own custom technology.

Five new reference cards explain the individual locations on the game board, which can help players with their first moves, especially in initial games. After a few rounds, however, these reference cards become redundant and won't even make it out of the box.

The conclusion is the same as with the first small expansion. It brings nothing essential that casual players couldn't live without. It's really an expansion for die-hard fans or collectors.

Stejně jako první malé rozšíření i druhé nabízí jen hrstku nového materiálu - čtyři nové technologie a dvě agendy.

Zajímavostí je také jedná prázdná karta technologie, do které si může každý domyslet vlastní technologii.

Pět nových referenčních karet pak vysvětluje jednotlivé lokace na herním plánu, což zejména v prvních partiích může hráčům usnadnit první tahy ve hře. Po pár odehraných kolech jsou však i tyto referenční karty zbytečně a ani se nedostanou ven z krabice.

Závěr je te tedy stejný jako u prvního malého rozšíření. Běžným hráčům nepřinese nic, bez čeho by se nemohli obejít. Jedná se tak spíš o rozšíření pro skalní fanoušky či sběratele.
