World Without End is a game inspired by the sequel to Ken Follett's novel The Pillars of the Earth (see also the board game The Pillars of the Earth). It takes place in the same setting as The Pillars, but 200 years later. Players become citizens of Kingsbridge and participate in its construction, trade, church affairs, medical knowledge, or food procurement – earning victory points for all of these. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
