An excellent smaller quill that's great to write with. Writing isn't any slower than with a standard ballpoint pen – tested during history class :-)

It arrived nicely packed and looks great on its own. It was a gift for our Czech teacher, and she absolutely loved it.

Absolutely beautiful. It's a pleasure to write with. My hand does get a bit tired after a while because the grip is thin, but that's a minor detail. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I wasn't expecting anything shoddy, but this really blew me away.

Opravdu nádherný. Velmi dobře se mi s ním píše. Po chvilce sice bolí ruka, jak je to držení slabé, ale to je maličkost. Musím říct, že jsem příjemně překvapena když mi přišel. Nečekala jsem sice nic oškubaného, ale toto mě opravdu překvapilo.

If you're going for a quill, make it black or white (and the black one wasn't...).
Either way, this quill is an excellent choice. However, if you've only used pens without calligraphy nibs, or haven't used a pen at all, you'll likely need to get used to the specific angle of the nib, otherwise it will skip. Also, keep in mind that cheaper ink is easier to write with, but using a more expensive calligraphy ink will definitely give you a better writing experience.
In any case, I highly recommend it.

Když brk, tak černý nebo bílý (a černý nebyl...).
Každopádně tento brk je výtečnou volbou, avšak pokud jste psali s pery bez kaligrafických hrotů, nebo jste s perem nepsali vůbec, tak si nejspíše budete muset zvyknout na specifický sklon hrotu, jinak vám bude vynechávat. Také platí, že čím levnější inkoust, tím lépe se bude psát, ale s dražším kaligrafickým inkoustem získáte určitě lepší zážitek ze psaní samého.
Každopádně mohu jen doporučit.
