This leather chronicle is the most beautiful thing I've held in my hands lately. The covers are wonderfully sturdy and the strap holds perfectly. The handmade paper is great; each sheet is unique, yet it forms a cohesive volume. When writing with ink, you need to be careful so it doesn't bleed. I've tried many handmade papers, and with this one, you really shouldn't press too hard on the nib or pen tip.
I'm truly satisfied and it brings me joy. The price seemed a bit high at first, but once I unwrapped it, it was worth every penny. And the scent of both the paper and the leather is simply perfect.
I recommend it to everyone. And a big plus for the fast delivery.

Tato kožená kronika je to nejkrásnější, co jsem za poslední dobu držela v rukou. Desky jsou nádherně pevné a řemínek krásně drží. Ruční papír je skvělý, není každý stejný, ale zároveň je to celistvý svazek. Při psaní inkoustem je třeba si dávat pozor, aby se inkoust nerozpil na papíru. Vyzkoušela sem už hodně ručních papírů a u tohohle je nutné opravdu moc netlačit na hrot brku či psacích potřeb.
Jsem opravdu spokojená a dělá mi radost. Cena se mi zdála vyšší, ale když jsem si ho rozbalila tak se mi to vynahradilo. A ta vůně jak papíru, tak kůže, je prostě dokonalá.
Doporučuji všem. A velké + dávám i rychlosti dodání.

When I unwrapped the chronicle, I couldn't take my eyes off it. It's even more beautiful than I expected and feels truly ancient. As someone else mentioned, I was a bit disappointed by the thin strap, which seems a bit "meager" compared to the rest of the book. The cover is gorgeously decorated, and its convenient size makes it perfect for writing in. Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

Když jsem kroniku rozbalila, nemohla jsem od ní odtrhnout oči. Je krásnější, než jsem čekala, působí opravdu starým dojmem, Jak už zde někdo napsal, trochu mě zamrzel tenký řemínek, který se zdá být "chudý" v porovnání s celou knihou. Obal je nádherně zdobený a díky vhodné velikosti se do knihy bude i dobře psát. Obecně jsem velmi spokojená a všem doporučuji.

Beyond satisfied! The leather cover is beautiful, and the handmade paper pages have a truly pleasant, archaic feel. It's great for both writing and drawing (though I recommend placing a piece of cardstock under the page you're using). I have no complaints about this product and definitely recommend it!

Nad míru spokojen! Nádherný kožený obal, ruční papír ze kterého jsou zhotoveny stránky opravdu působí příjemným archaickým dojmem a skvěle se na něj píše ale i kreslí (akorát doporučuji používanou stránku si před použitím podložit čtvrtkou). Nemám výrobku co vytknout a určitě doporučuji!

Regarding the chronicle... since I can compare it to the book. Personally, the chronicle arrived in the size I expected. As for the material, the covers could have been more than just plain leather... but that's okay. I expected leather-wrapped covers like the book has...

As for the pages, they are much finer than the book's, but they are great. They look aged, just be careful about ink bleeding.

Why did I take off a star? Because of the cheap-looking strap used to close the chronicle. It's just a carelessly cut end. Some stitching or something similar would have given it a bit more flair. I rate the rest positively. Most of all, the pattern embossed into the leather. Really nice, detailed, and well-crafted.

Čo sa týka kroniky... keďže to môžem porovnať s knihou. Mne osobne prišla kronika vo veľkosti ako som predpokladal. Čo sa materiálu týka, mohli byť dosky nie len čistá koža... ale to je v poriadku. Očakával som obtiahnuté dosky kožou ako je to pri knihe...

No a čo sa týka stránok sú oveľa jemnejšie ako pri knihe ale sú super. Pôsobia staro, akurát pozor na rozpíjanie atramentu.

Za čo som teda zobral hviezdičku? Za lacno pôsobiaci remienok, ktorým sa kronika zapína. Len tak ledabolo odrezaný koniec. Nejaké obšitie alebo podobne by tomu dodalo trocha šmrcnu. Zvyšok hodnotím pozitívne. Najviac však vzor vytlačený do kože. Naozaj pekné, detailné a prepracované.

Tohle se snad nedá ani slovy popsat. Něco, co jsem chtěl a hledal extra dlouho. Ruční papír je perfektní a desky jsou umělecké dílo. Vůně papíru a kůže je dokonalá.

Krásně se do něj píše brkem namáčeným do inkoustu. Nezkoušel jsem jiné psací nástroje a nemám to upřímně ani v úmyslu.

Vyšší cena je vykoupená skutečným potěšením, když se písař zasní na stránkách téhle kroniky.

The chronicle has well-crafted covers, and I personally love the vintage-looking paper—it’s all beautiful and amazing. The only thing I’d criticize is the outdated/incorrect main photo; the chronicle has a different pattern and a different cover color. The second photo reflects this, but the main one really needs an update.

Kronika má dobře zpracované desky, osobně se mi líbí zasatrale vypadající papír, to vše je krásné a úžasné. Jediné co bych vytkl, je zastaralá/chybná hlavní fotka-kronika má jiný vzor i jinou barvu desek. Druhé foto toto reflektuje, ale ta hlavní fotka by si změnu zasloužila.
