Tempest: Mercante

A city as vast and populous as the city-state of Tempest depends on a steady supply chain. Whether it's daily food deliveries or luxury goods for the most powerful citizens, every merchant craves control over this lucrative trade. The game Mercante lets you do just that.

In Mercante, you become the head of one of the city's merchant houses. You will send your loyal assistants to buy new goods and then sell them in the most profitable markets. But that's not all. To maximize profit, you must win over senators who can secure you a monopoly on the market or specific goods. Do you have the sharp elbows and the silver tongue needed to cement your market position at the expense of your rivals?

Mercante is a game of merchant warfare. At the start, each player has two assistants, bids on goods, and stores them in their warehouses before selling at the right time. Players earn crowns to fund their trade operations and gain the favor of senators, which represents victory points. Become the most powerful merchant in the city of Tempest!
