Rex: Final Days of an Empire

A modified version of the game Dune based on the work of F. Herbert, set in the Twilight Imperium universe—specifically during the final days of the Lazax Empire, 3,000 years before the events of Twilight Imperium.

The game features highly detailed races that differ significantly from one another. This gives players unique abilities, forces them to use diplomacy, and requires careful tactical planning. Your goal is to occupy three key locations on the Mecatol City game map. Players don't just rely on alliances; they must win the favor of the local population, uncover hidden weapon caches, and gain control over key institutions.

Rex offers highly distinct races and a heavy emphasis on diplomacy. Combat and tactical mastery will decide which race wins by seizing three key locations on the map. Players must look beyond alliances and win over the locals or discover hidden weapon caches to succeed.
