Description

In this stylish cooperative game, you and your friends take on the roles of a gnome crew aboard the submarine Red November. Since it's a Russian sub, the engines overheat, water leaks in, doors jam, and the reactor threatens to explode. Plus, you're running out of vodka. Race against time, dash around the sub with your miniatures, fix what you can, and try to delay the inevitable disaster until rescue arrives. You have various tools at your disposal and, most importantly, plenty of vodka to make everything go smoother. Play with up to eight players and enjoy the chaotic fun!

Game contents: game board, 3 status trackers, 54 tool tokens, 10 flood tokens and 10 fire tokens, 8 sailors, 9 time trackers, 4 destruction tokens, 15 locked door tokens, die, 8 sailor cards, 56 event cards. You might find these card sleeves useful.

This is the revised edition of the game. The game is in English, with a Czech translation available.

How reviews work?

A great, wittily designed game. I've only played a few rounds so far, but I've had a blast every time. The suspense of waiting to see if your reactor blows up in the last minute is truly unique. What I really like is the pocket-sized box. On the other hand, this affects the size of the game board, which can be a bit of a problem when several sailors end up in the same room. The rules are a bit chaotic at first, but it's not hard to get the hang of them quickly. The fact that the game isn't in Czech isn't much of an obstacle; the English here is relatively simple (provided you read the rules themselves in a Czech translation). If you don't have anyone to play with, no worries. You can basically play this game by yourself, trying to beat it (and believe me, that's not exactly easy). Naturally, it's more fun with other players. I think I can recommend it...
