In Prehistories, you become the chief of a prehistoric tribe. It is up to you to decide who to send on the hunt and which animal to target next. Your ancestors left patterns in the cave to guide you. Can you rise to their challenge?

In each round of Prehistories, all players act as tribal leaders, secretly and simultaneously choosing who to send hunting and where. The more hunters you send, the larger your prey can be. However, a large group moves more slowly. The smallest group is the fastest—they choose first, but they won't catch big game.

Your hunters can get injured during the hunt. For every injury, you draw fewer cards at the end of the round.

Once you fulfill the ancestors' wishes by painting the cave in a specific way (row, column, legendary animal, objective cards), you place one or more totems. The first player to get rid of eight totems wins.

The game includes Czech and English rules.
