Imagine having the stars within reach and wearing a piece of the universe yourself!
An absolutely original piece inspired by the Egyptian ruler Tutankhamun, who had a piece of jewelry featuring Libyan Desert Glass as the centerpiece in his tomb. While these stones were first documented in modern history in 1932, they are estimated to be 29 million years old. Libyan Desert Glass is the purest form of glass (up to 99% SiO2). It is found in southwestern Egypt near the Libyan border and was formed by an asteroid impact or an airburst near Earth.
Handcrafted in the Czech Republic by Martin Maršál. Only 15 pieces were made in this edition, making each one unique. The center is made of non-hallmarked silver-colored base metal.
Each piece comes with an unlimited certificate of authenticity from the I.M.C.A. (International Meteorite Collectors Association).
You will receive a free booklet with the jewelry, where you can read about how meteorites are formed and the different types that have fallen to Earth.
The package contains 1 pearl and a piece of Libyan Desert Glass stored in a transparent labeled box.
