Material and Construction
Unlike classic latex weapons that require constant maintenance and are prone to "latex rot," these swords are made of highly durable PU foam (polyurethane).
Due to the manufacturing process, this foam weapon has a small hole on each side of the blade, which does not affect its functionality and is not considered a defect.

• Core: A sturdy fiberglass rod that ensures the weapon's rigidity and prevents unwanted "whipping" during strikes.
• Surface: The foam is extremely resistant to tearing and abrasion. Compared to latex, it requires less frequent maintenance with silicone spray and is more stable in sunlight.
• Safety: The tip of the weapon is internally reinforced (often with Kevlar or a special fabric) to ensure the core never pokes through. There is a 5 cm safety buffer between the end of the core and the tip of the blade.
