Mage Knight is a fantasy board game by the popular Czech designer Vláďa Chvátil. You become a hero traveling through the land, recruiting armies, slaying monsters, exploring dungeons, and doing everything a proper fantasy hero should.
The game feels very much like the popular Heroes of Might and Magic PC series. Its mechanics combine card play with deck-building elements and map exploration. Mage Knight features several scenarios with different objectives, ranging from cooperative to highly competitive. Plus, there is a solo mode!
Mage Knight is a complex game that will delight any fantasy fan who loves to dive deep into its world.

Very nicely crafted. The insert is made of soft plastic and a piece was already broken off upon unboxing (it's functionally fine, though). It's probably best to take it out and bag everything up (like with most games that come with an insert).
I'm still working my way through the rules, but it's a beautiful game from Vláďa Chvátil and a joy to own.
Moc hezky zpracované, insert je z měkkého plastu již po vybalení byl kousek plastu ulomený (funkčně je v pořádku), pravděpodobně nejlepší je ho vyndat a napytlíčkovat vše (tak jako u většiny her s inzertem).
Zatím se prodírám pravidly, ale hra je to krásná od Vládi Chvátila, je radost ji vlastnit.
