In the fully cooperative board game Lobotomy, you and your friends become a group of psychiatric patients on the run. Take on the roles of various insane characters trapped in an abandoned hospital straight out of your worst nightmares.

Each character has their own backstory and phobias that can manifest into reality at any moment. There is only one goal: escape.

It won't be easy, though, when you realize all the asylum staff are demonic monsters and the head warden is the worst of them all.
