Leg wraps, also known as puttees, consist of two long strips of hemmed canvas. You wrap them around your shins, starting from the ankle and moving upwards, overlapping your trousers. In the Middle Ages, leg wraps were a common part of both men's and women's attire, providing support and protection for the calves and shins when moving through rough terrain or in bad weather.
The price is for a pair of wraps.
These leg wraps are made of thin cotton canvas for comfortable wear. One end features a tunnel with a 3-meter-long cord for securing the wraps. If you prefer not to use the cords, you can easily remove them.

They are a functional part of period clothing, perfectly usable even today. They are made of quite thin white linen, so they could be longer. It would be practical to sew two linen strings to the ends. I'll try wearing them for everyday use as well.
Puttees, the last time I saw them in real use was as part of the Czechoslovak army uniforms... Anyway, this is a very old and practical item; the sheer length of time they've been used (from the beginning until now) speaks volumes about the quality of this strip of fabric. Plus, well-wrapped puttees also provide great protection against blows.
Navíc, dobře omotané onuce i skvěle chrání proti ranám.
I see many of you think leg wraps are just "something to hide non-period trousers in a pinch," but know that they are an essential accessory for any authentic costume (especially for the Early Middle Ages). Not to mention that when wrapped correctly around your feet, they beat any modern sock.
Leg wraps are a handy and affordable solution for your leg costume. I’d only point out two minor things: they seem quite light, almost white, but that’s easy to fix :) Also, the cord is perhaps a bit too decorative and looks quite synthetic... Regardless, these leg wraps are a great choice for those who don't want to or can't invest in more expensive stylish trousers or boots.
