A quick heads-up. If you're working on a project and run out of one bottle, be careful when switching to a new one—the shade might differ. One bottle was more of a wine color, while the next was much more red. I recommend using the rest of the first bottle to apply at least one coat to all the leather, then use the new bottle for subsequent layers.

Menší připomínka. Pokud máte rozdělanou práci s jednou lahvičkou, která došla a použijete novou tak pozor na změnu odstínu. Jedna lahvička byla spíše vínová a další mnohem více červená. Doporučuju zbytkem obsahu první lahvičky natřít všechnu kůži alespoň jednou vrstvou a novou lahvičkou pak dělat další.

Since the paint cap doesn't seal perfectly, you need to prepare for handling it. Gloves and a plastic sheet or foil for your table are ideal, as the built-in sprayer leaks and makes a mess every time you press it. I recommend simply opening the bottle, pouring the paint into a small cup, and refilling as needed. The sprayer doesn't provide even coverage anyway, and you end up spraying paint everywhere. I used a wider brush for the job, and everything went according to plan. The paint soaks in really fast, so if you want a uniform shade, I recommend applying more paint in the last 1 or 2 coats and spreading it immediately across the entire surface. At 40 CZK, this paint is a luxury, reasonably priced, and perfect for dyeing a few leather straps. I personally used the red paint the most, which turned slightly burgundy on natural cowhide, but it still looks beautiful.

Jelikož uzávěr barvy příliš netěsní, je třeba se na manipulaci s barvou dobře připravit. Ideální jsou rukavice a nějaká fólie či igelit na stůl, neboť jestliže při barvení používáte vestavěný rozprašovač tak barva při každém stlačení protéká a špiní. Já doporučuji barvu jednoduše otevřít a přelít do menšího kalíšku a dle potřeby dolévat. Rozprašovač stejně nekryje celistvě a zbytečně stříkáte barvu všude kolem. Já jsem na práci s barvou použil širší malířský štěteček a vše šlo podle planu. Barva se opravdu rychle vsakuje a proto jestliže chcete mít jednolitý odstín doporučuju v posledním 1 či 2 nátěrech nanést barvy více a rozetřít ji ihned po celé ploše. Za 40kč je barva luxusní, cenově adekvátní a ideální pro barvení pár kožených řemínků. Osobně jsem nejvíc barvil červenou barvou, která na přírodní hovězině šla lehce do vínova ale i tak je krásná.

Kdo hledá barvu, kterou by hezky obarvil trochu kůže a za kterou nechce platit v řádu stovek, pak doporučuji tuto.

Tried and tested colors - blue, gray, black, red, green, and light brown. I successfully use these dyes on both natural and pre-dyed leather, as well as for touching up older leather goods. The dyes provide good coverage, with the shade primarily determined by the number of layers applied. They soak through thinner leathers (pigskin, goatskin), but unfortunately, they do not penetrate the cross-section of thicker leathers (cowhide, lambskin). The downsides are the leaky sprayer (rubbing it in with a cloth is definitely a better option) and the bottle size - 500 ml and 1,000 ml options would be useful. You sometimes need to reapply the dye (about once every six months with daily use of the product).

Vyzkoušené barvy - modrá, šedá, černá, červená, zelená a světle hnědá. Barvy s úspěchem používám na barvení přírodních i předem barvených kůžích a na dobarvování starších kožených výrobků Barvy dobře kryjí, odstín určuje hlavně počet vrstev. Tenčí kůží prosákne (vepřovice, kozlečina), silnější na řezu bohužel probarvené nejsou (hovězina, jehnětina). Nevýhodou je netěsnící rozprašovač (roztírání hadrem je určitě lepší varianta) a velikost balení - hodilo by se i 500 a 1 000 ml. Barvu je někdy třeba obnovovat (při každodenním nošení výrobku cca jednou za půl roku).

Even though some of the paint bottles leak through the nozzle when tilted, I'm completely satisfied with the paints. They have great color and coverage.

I haven't used anything better. The paint dries quickly and it's easy to gauge the shade. It arrived a bit dirty, but it was well-wrapped, so nothing else got stained.

Nic lepšího jsem nepoužíval. barva rychle zasychá dobře se odhaduje odstín. Přijela trošku špinavá ale byla dobře obalená takže nic neušpinila.

The paint arrived well-packaged. The lid didn't leak and the whole bottle was wrapped in foil.

Farba mi prišla dobre zabalená. Vrchnák nepresakoval a celá fľaška bola vo fólii.

Mořidlo používám průběžně již rok, jsem spokojený, s mořidlem se výborně pracuje.

The leather dye applies easily. I recommend spreading it with a brush, especially over the flex points. I'm extremely satisfied with it; it's also perfect for touching up scuffs on leather armor.

Barva na kůži se dobře nanáší, doporučuji ještě rozetřít štětcem hlavně přes ohýbané části. Jsem s ní maximálně spokojen, ideální i na opravu jizviček na kožené zbroji.

The leather dye provides great coverage and dries quickly. The sprayer seals well without leaking around the cap, though it sprays in a circle, which isn't the most efficient way to save paint.

Barva na kůži dobře kryje a rychle zasychá. Rozprašovač dobře těsní a neobtéká kolem uzávěru, rozstřikuje barvu v kruhu, což není zrovna pro úsporu barvy nejvhodnější.

I can only praise it. It absorbs quickly and provides great coverage. Just watch out for your hands. Because I was convinced I wouldn't need gloves, the dye stayed on my hands for another three days before I managed to scrub it off... otherwise, I recommend buying some leather care products as well, since the dye dries the leather out a bit.

Mohu jen chválit. Rychle se vsakuje a dobře kryje. Jen pozor na ruce. Mně kvůli mému přesvědčení, že rukavice přece nebudu vůbec potřebovat, držela na rukou další tři dny, než se mi podařilo ji vydrhnout... jinak doporučuji koupit i nějakou péči pro obarvenou kůži, protože barva ji lehce vysuší.
