Our supplier maintains a closed-loop wax cycle, meaning they never accept outside wax. This protects the wax from additives like paraffin or stearin, which could affect its properties. The wax we return to the bees is exclusively cappings wax and has not come into contact with substances like varroa treatment residues (amitraz).

Storage: In cold temperatures, the wax may develop a white coating known as wax bloom. This is a natural phenomenon that does not affect the quality of the wax. To maintain its beautiful yellow color, we recommend storing the wax at room temperature.
