This is my first natural bristle brush and I've used it to paint two miniatures so far. I'm happy with it - the grip is great, the bristles are firm and just the right length.
The picture shows a size comparison with the Army Painter: Hobby Small Detail (red), the Kolinsky 5/0 in the middle (black), and the Wargamer: Psycho (white). I'd use each one for a different size miniature or detail.
But I like that the Kolinsky 5/0 is longer, which made it easy to paint thin lines on my Warhammer Age of Sigmar miniatures, whereas I struggled a bit with the Wargamer: Psycho.

Jedná se o můj první štětec s přírodními štětinami a použil jsem jej pro nabarvení dvou miniatur. Ale zatím jsem se štětcem spokojený - úchop parádní, štětiny jsou pevné a akorát dlouhé.
Na obrázku je pro srovnání velikosti Armypainter: Hobby Small Detail (červený), uprostřed Kolinsky 5/0 (černý) a Wargamer: Psycho (bílý). Každý bych si vzal na jinak velikou miniaturu / detail.
Ale na Kolinsky 5/0 se mi líbí že je delší a dobře se mi s ním dělaly tenké linky na miniaturách Warhammer Age of Sigmar, s Wargamer: Psycho jsem trochu zápasil.

Kolinsky brushes are currently my favorites in terms of ease of use, but I don't think they last as long as, for example, Army Painter brushes. If you're as confused about brush sizing as I was, the photo shows a few examples of different Kolinsky and Army Painter brushes.

An excellent brush for painting details. I buy it repeatedly in various sizes and use it daily. With proper care, it lasts for several months. This specific brush size is perfect for the finest details, such as eye lenses.

Skvělý štětec na barvení detailů. Kupuji ho opakovaně v různých velikostech a používám denně. Při správně péči vydrží i několik měsíců. Konkrétně tahle velikost štětce je ideální pro ty nejmenší detaily, jako jsou například čočky očí.

Kolinsky brushes feel great in the hand, but they start fraying after just one painting session. I'd go for Citadel brushes instead.
