Great communication and a helpful approach. The day after I placed my order, I realized the t-shirt I ordered would be too small. They swapped it for a larger size before it even shipped, and I want to thank them again for that :)

The next day, we resolved the issue over the phone with your operator. We fixed the incorrectly placed order by changing the delivery method and cancelled the duplicate order. The delivery was delayed due to a highway closure.
Další den se problém podařilo s Vaším operátorem telefonicky dořešit a chybně zadaná objednávka byla pozměněním způsobu doručení vyřízena, přičemž duplicitní další objednávka byla zrušena. Doručení zboží bylo kvůli uzavřené dálnici zpožděno.

Everything is perfect. Beautiful products. As a fan of DrD and fantasy, I could definitely pick out plenty of things here. I have an amazing HP mug, thank you. I really appreciate the low shipping cost via Zásilkovna for 39 CZK :) it's clear you don't need to overcharge on shipping :)
Naprosto v pořádku. Krásné zboží. V tomto obchodě bych si jako milovník Drd a fantasy určitě navybírala. Mám úžasný hrnek s HP, děkuji. Jako velkou výhodu hodnotím možnost poštovného ze zasilkovny za 39 kč :) je vidět, že na poštovném nepotřebujete narýžovat :)
