The store staff were incredibly confused during our communication. First, they claimed the goods would be restocked and shipped within 14 days. When we checked in after three weeks to ask where our order was, they suddenly said it wouldn't arrive until after the New Year—a month and a half after we placed the order. Then, the very next day, we received a notification that the goods had been shipped.
Pri komunikaci byli zamestnanci obchodu vyznamne zmateni, protoze nejdriv tvrdili, ze zbozi naskladni a poslou po 14 dnech. Kdyz jsme se ptali po trech tydnech, kde zbozi je, tak prisli s tim, ze bude az po novem roce (tedy mesic a pul od objednani). Nacez pristi den prislo upozorneni, ze zbozi bylo odeslano.
