My second, and definitely not last, order from imago went great again. Huge selection, fast processing and shipping, everything is super. They have a great system for showing what's in stock, what's at the supplier, pre-orders, and estimated delivery dates. Many e-shops lack this, but it works reliably here.
Moje druha a urcite ne posledni objednavka na fantasyobchodu probehla opet skvele. velky vyber, rychle vyrizeni a zaslani objednavky, vse super. skvele osefovano co je skladem, co u dodavatele, predobjednani atd atd info o predbeznem terminu dodani. to u spousty e-shopu chybi, zde spolehlive funguje.

The second delivery was absolutely fine. The e-shop handled my claim without a single issue, and very quickly! This is generally not the norm when shopping online, and the e-shop pleasantly surprised me here.
Druha dodavka uz byla v naprostem poradku. E-shop vyridil moji reklamaci bez jedineho problemu, a velice rychle! Toto obecne pri nakupech pres internet neni uplne zvykem, a zde me e-shop velice mile prekvapil.

There’s probably no better shop for fantasy and sci-fi fans. Everything is clearly categorized, and the selection across different themes is huge. There’s something for everyone. I was buying a gift for my girlfriend and had a hard time not filling my cart with ten other little things for myself. I resisted this time, but who knows about next time?
Pro člověka zaměřeného na fantasy a sci-fi asi neexistuje lepší obchod. Přehledně rozdělené zboží, obrovský výběr napříč různou tematikou. Každý si přijde na své. Kupoval jsem dárek pro přítelkyni, a měl co dělat, abych košík nezaplnil deseti dalšími maličkostmi pro sebe. Tentokrát jsem odolal, ale co příště?

Fast order processing, but you can't arrange a delivery time with the post office. The 8 AM – 2 PM window is a bit too wide. So, you have to go to the post office yourself.
Rychlé vyřízení objednávky, s poštou se nedá domluvit čas převzetí. Mezi 8-14 je trochu velký rozsah. Takže musíte na poštu.

I've ordered from this shop before (even before I registered) and I've never had a problem with an order. Everything always arrived in perfect condition and the process was completely smooth.
V tomto obchodě jsem si už dříve objednávála (když jsem ještě neměla registraci) a nikdy jsem neměla s objednávkou problém vždy mi přišli v pořádku a vše proběhlo bez komplikací.
