Fast delivery and carefully packed, plus it's a bit cheaper than in other stores. The option to use pickup points is also great, as it's neither as expensive nor as slow as the national post. Good communication via email. I recommend it.

I've been shopping here for years and it's always been smooth sailing, even with custom-made items. They put real effort into their website and shipping – it was fast, and they even packed the books I bought to complete my series in the correct order. :-)
V tomto obchodu občas nakupuji už spoustu let a vždy to bylo bez problému, včetně zboží vyráběného na míru. Na webu si dali záležet, stejně jako na doručení - bylo rychlé a dokonce i zakoupené knížky pro doplnění série byly v balíčku seřazené podle toho, jak jdou díly za sebou. :-)
