I've been shopping here for several years and I've always been satisfied. If some items are out of stock and others are available, they always check when you actually need the order.
Nakupují v tomto obchodě již několik let a vždy jsem byla spokojena. Pokud zboží není skladem a druhé ano zajímají se kdy zboží potřebujete.

Very friendly service, the ability to buy items you can't find anywhere else, and a discount system for future purchases – so-called 'Zlaťáky' (Gold Coins). Email communication is top-notch. Orders always arrive in perfect condition – exactly as requested. Delivery times are reasonable, especially considering imports from overseas. I have absolutely no complaints about shopping at this store.
Velmi vstřícné jednání , možnost zakoupení zboží které jinde nemají, systém slev na příští nákupy - tzv. Zlaťáky. Komunikace přes meil je na výborné úrovni. Zboží vždy došlo v perfektním stavu - přesně podle objednávky. Dodací termíny jsou přiměřené , vezmeme li v úvahu dovoz ze zámoří. Nemám jednou výhradu proti nákupu u tohoto obchodu.

Huge selection of fantasy, comic, and sci-fi gear. Very reasonable prices. The shop responds quickly, delivery is smooth, and they pack everything securely to prevent damage during transit.
Velký výběr zboží z okruhu fantasy, comic, sci-fi.... Velmi slušné ceny. Obchod reaguje rychle, dodání zboží bez problémů, dobré zabezpečení zboží proti mechanickým poškozením při přepravě.

I needed to exchange a t-shirt for a smaller size, which was only available in a different design. Everything was handled perfectly and quickly, so I'm completely satisfied.
Potřebovala jsem vyměnit tričko za menší velikost, která byla už jen s jiným vzorem. Vše bylo perfektně a rychle vyřízeno, takže za mě naprostá spokojenost.

Absolutely fantastic service. There was a small issue with the delivery, but it was addressed (and resolved) as quickly and effectively as possible. I wish more shops had this kind of approach! :-)) I definitely plan on shopping here again in the future.
Naprosto skvělé jednání. Při dodání vznikl malý problém, ale byl okamžitě řešen (a vyřešen) jak nejlépe to bylo možné. Kéž by tenhle přístup dokázalo mít víc obchodů! :-)) Rozhodně tady hodlám nakupovat v budoucnu dál.

- Fast delivery, the package was ready for pickup at the collection point the very next day. I received regular updates on my order status, the items were well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. Great selection of products all in one place, especially items I couldn't find in any other Czech e-shop.

Quick response to my order. Since not all items were in stock, they informed me that I would pay only after the order was complete. The goods are already on their way. They always responded quickly.
Rychlá odpověď na mou objednávku, jelikož nebylo všechno zboží skladem informovali mně, že zaplatím až po úplné kompletaci. Zboží je již na cestě. Vždy rychle odpověděli.

Velký výběr zboží, rychlé dodání. Při špatném výběru zboží z mé strany nebyl žádný problém s jeho vrácením, v podstatě okamžitě jsem měla peníze zpátky na účtu.
