Absolutely fantastic service. There was a small issue with the delivery, but it was addressed (and resolved) as quickly and effectively as possible. I wish more shops had this kind of approach! :-)) I definitely plan on shopping here again in the future.
Naprosto skvělé jednání. Při dodání vznikl malý problém, ale byl okamžitě řešen (a vyřešen) jak nejlépe to bylo možné. Kéž by tenhle přístup dokázalo mít víc obchodů! :-)) Rozhodně tady hodlám nakupovat v budoucnu dál.

- Fast delivery, the package was ready for pickup at the collection point the very next day. I received regular updates on my order status, the items were well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. Great selection of products all in one place, especially items I couldn't find in any other Czech e-shop.

Quick response to my order. Since not all items were in stock, they informed me that I would pay only after the order was complete. The goods are already on their way. They always responded quickly.
Rychlá odpověď na mou objednávku, jelikož nebylo všechno zboží skladem informovali mně, že zaplatím až po úplné kompletaci. Zboží je již na cestě. Vždy rychle odpověděli.

Ordered several times now and always completely satisfied with everything. There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. But if I wanted to be a "nitpicker," I would expand the range of fantasy items or categories, since it is a fantasy shop, but then again, you shouldn't overdo it. Otherwise, I recommend this shop "with all ten fingers"...
Poněkolikáté objednáno a pokaždé naprostá spokojenost se vším. Zde se nedá vytknout vůbec nic. Ale když bych chtěl být "hnidopich" tak bych rozšířil nabídku fantasy věcí či odvětvé, když je to fantasyobchod, ale na druhou stranu nic se nemá přehánět. Jinak tento obchod doporučuji "všemi deseti".....

Zboží v pořádku dorazilo do zasilkovny, velikost ale nesouhlasila. V obchodě se chovali velice vstřícně a seriózně, výměna velikosti probehla rychle a obchod mi rovněž refundoval vynaložené poštovné na vrácení zboží. Jsem maxumalne spokojena. Děkuji.

Fantasyobchod.cz is a fantastic e-shop. What I love most is the lightning-fast delivery and the excellent shipment updates. The product pages are high-quality and provide all the info you need, including photos, customer reviews, and detailed descriptions. I will definitely shop here again, and more than once. I also really like the option to earn "gold coins" to use for future discounts. Plus, the free gift is a great bonus.
Fantasyobchod.cz je skvělý internetový e-shop. Nejvíc se mi na něm líbí vskutku blesková rychlost dodání, dále skvělá informovanost o zásilce. Na e-shopu je velice kvalitně a dostatečně zpracováno info o každém produktu (fotky, komentáře ostatních, popis). Určitě v e-shopu nakoupím někdy příště, a ne jednou. Velice kladně hodnotím také možnost vydělat si "zlatáky", se kterými se později dají uplatňovat slevy. Dárek zdarma je také velké plus.
