Ordered several times now and always completely satisfied with everything. There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. But if I wanted to be a "nitpicker," I would expand the range of fantasy items or categories, since it is a fantasy shop, but then again, you shouldn't overdo it. Otherwise, I recommend this shop "with all ten fingers"...
Poněkolikáté objednáno a pokaždé naprostá spokojenost se vším. Zde se nedá vytknout vůbec nic. Ale když bych chtěl být "hnidopich" tak bych rozšířil nabídku fantasy věcí či odvětvé, když je to fantasyobchod, ale na druhou stranu nic se nemá přehánět. Jinak tento obchod doporučuji "všemi deseti".....

Fantasyobchod.cz is a fantastic e-shop. What I love most is the lightning-fast delivery and the excellent shipment updates. The product pages are high-quality and provide all the info you need, including photos, customer reviews, and detailed descriptions. I will definitely shop here again, and more than once. I also really like the option to earn "gold coins" to use for future discounts. Plus, the free gift is a great bonus.
Fantasyobchod.cz je skvělý internetový e-shop. Nejvíc se mi na něm líbí vskutku blesková rychlost dodání, dále skvělá informovanost o zásilce. Na e-shopu je velice kvalitně a dostatečně zpracováno info o každém produktu (fotky, komentáře ostatních, popis). Určitě v e-shopu nakoupím někdy příště, a ne jednou. Velice kladně hodnotím také možnost vydělat si "zlatáky", se kterými se později dají uplatňovat slevy. Dárek zdarma je také velké plus.

Although the delivery time was listed as much longer, it was my son's birthday, so I asked if there was any chance to get the package by Friday at the latest (I placed the order on Wednesday evening). They were incredibly accommodating, and I was picking up the package at the Zásilkovna point on Friday. Amazing. Truly kind and I have to praise them. A great experience, I will definitely order something again and will only recommend them.
Dodací lhůtu měli sice uvedenou az za mnohem delší dobu, ale syn měl narozeniny a tak jsem prosila zda by byla nějaká moznost, aby zboží bylo doručeno nejpozději v pátek (objednávka učiněna ve středu večer). Opravdu vyšli vstříc a jiz v pátek jsem zboží vyzvedávala v zasilkovně. Úžasný. Opravdu moc milé a chválím. Super zkušenost a určitě si tam ještě neco objednám a budu jen doporučovat.

Variety - there's something for everyone. Helpfulness - the staff proactively contacts customers if an item is out of stock and works to resolve delivery dates delayed by stock shortages. Price - I consider this fantasy shop one of the more affordable ones. Quality - I have always received high-quality, undamaged goods from the store.
Různorodost - každý si vybere. Vstřícnost - zaměstnanci se sami ozvou zákazníkovi v případě nenaskladněného zboží a snaží se vyřešit datum doručení, které se posouvá z důvodu nenaskladnění. Cena - fantasy obchod vnímám jako jeden z levnějších obchodů. Kvalita - z obchodu vždy přišlo kvalitní a neponičené zboží.
