My order was processed and delivered very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by how carefully the entire package was packed. All the items looked as if they hadn't even been touched. The parcel was neat and clean on the outside, too.
Objednávka byla velmi rychle vyřízena a doručena. Mile mne překvapilo jak pečlivě byla celá zásilka zabalená .Všechno zboží vypadalo jako by se ho snad nikdo ani nedotkl. Balík byl i zvenku uhledny a čistý.

I ordered a set of Tolkien books when they weren't in stock and the expected availability was a few days away. It ended up being delayed by about 4 days past the original date, but I knew the risk going in and the shop communicated it openly. They even offered to cancel the order, which wasn't necessary in my case, and I'm glad I waited. The books arrived in perfect condition, packed so well that even rough handling during shipping wouldn't have damaged them. Just a little quirk – I received a size 21 ring instead of the size 10 listed on the website, so it doesn't fit my finger, but I'm wearing it on a string anyway. :)
Sadu Tolkienovych knih jsem objednaval v dobe, kdy zbozi nebylo skladem a ocekana dostupnost byla za nekolik dni. To se nakonec protahlo o nejake 4 dny oproti puvodne ocekavanemu datu, ale s tim rizikem jsem do toho sel a obchod o tom otevrene komunikoval. Sami mi nabidli zruseni objednavky, coz ale v mem pripade vubec nebylo potreba a jsem rad, ze jsem si pockal. Knihy dorazili v perfektnim stavu zabalene tak, ze by je neohrozilo ani neopatrne zachazeni pri preprave. Takova perlicka - dorazil prsten velikosti 21 misto na webu uvadene velikosti 10, takze na ruku se nehodi, ale stejne ho mam na snurce. :)

I've been shopping at this e-shop for years and have never had any issues. However, when ordering sleeves for the Kočičí klub card game, the recommended sleeves turned out to be too small, so I suggest the seller update the sizing. Now I'm stuck with sleeves I probably won't use, but I won't bother returning them.
V tomto e-shopu nakupuji už léta a nikdy jsem neměla žádný problém. Avšak při objednávání obalů na karty Kočičí klub jsou doporučené obaly na karty, které jsou v konečném důsledku malé, tak doporučuji prodejci upravit velikost. Teď mám doma obaly na karty, které asi nejspíše nevyžiju, ale vracet nebudu.
