Excellent shop, tried and tested many times. I've always been satisfied here - never had to deal with any issues. Communication is fast - they notify you about order receipt, processing, and shipping. I highly recommend them!
Výborný , mnohokrát vyzkoušený obchod. Vždy jsem zde byl spokojený - nikdy jsem nemusel řešit žádný problém. Komunikace je rychlá - oznámí přijetí, vyřízení i odeslání balíku. Mohu vřele doporučit!

Na tomto obchodě už nakupuji delší dobu a mohu napsat, že se jedná o solidní obchod. Komunikace probíhá bez problémů a jsou velmi ochotni pomoci s jakýmkoli problémem nebo poradit s výběrem třeba toho správného luku.

Everything is perfect, as always. The HP puzzle is awesome. It's quite difficult, but that just means the fun lasts longer. The puzzle is made in Canada. It's truly precise, and the finished result is stunning and looks just like the original.

I shop here repeatedly and love their catchy flyers. This time, they pleasantly surprised me before Valentine's Day with a clear notice on order deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Thumbs up – they won me over, and I ordered from them even though a competitor had a lower price but an uncertain delivery date. Their approach is awesome.
Nakupuji zde opakovaně, mají chytlavé letáky. Tentokrát mě ale mile překvapili před Valentýnem, kdy měli upozornění do kdy se má co objednat aby tam byla jistota že to dorazí :) palec nahoru - dostali mě a objednala jsem u nich i když konkurence měla nižší cenu, ale nejistý výsledek doručení včas. přístup je super

One item was slightly damaged, but it doesn't affect its function, so I didn't bother contacting the shop about it—it's just aesthetic. Everything else arrived in perfect condition and was packed carefully, so I assume the damage is just an exception that happens sometimes despite best efforts. Otherwise, I had no issues; the delivery speed and order completeness were flawless.
Jeden kus zboží byl drobně poškozen - bez vlivu na funkci, tedy jsem ani s obchodem neřešil, jde jen o estetiku. Vše dorazilo v pořádku a bylo hezky a pečlivě zabaleno, tedy myslím, že je poškození výjimka, která se holt někdy stane i při velké snaze. Jinak jsem neměl žádný problém, rychlost doručení i kompletnost dodávky byly bezchybné.
