I ordered custom-made trousers. Two days later, I received an email saying they take two weeks to sew and to let them know if I needed them sooner. I replied that I needed them within four days. Three hours after my email, I got a confirmation that the trousers were sewn and shipped. They arrived the next morning. I even got modifications compared to the base model (elastic waistband and flared legs).
objednal jsem kalhoty na miru. 2 den prisel email, ze je siji do 2 tydnu, at napisu, kdyz je budu potrebovat rychleji. Napsal jsem, ze je potrebuji do 4 dnu. za 3 hodiny od meho emailu mi doslo potvrzeni, ze kalhoty byly usite a odeslane. dalsi den rano mi dosly. dostal jsem upravy oproti zakladnimu modelu (guma do pasu a rozsirujici se nohavice).

I'm not sure if it's the shop's fault, but there's no option to buy the 'Krkavcova čistka' story, which is mentioned in the player's handbook as an additional module for the campaign. It would be good to mention this to customers, at least before they buy it or somewhere on the website. It slightly lowers the value of the shop and the game itself, and if it is available for purchase somewhere, I couldn't find it. Since it's mentioned as the only module, it's actually misleading. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I placed my order and it was at my home within 2 days.
Nevím zda vinou obchodu, ale chybí možnost koupit příběh Krkavcova čistka, která je zmíněna v příručce pro hráče, jako přídavný modul, tedy vyprávění příběhu. Bylo by dobré to nějak zmínit zákazníkům, alespoň před koupí, nebo někde na webu. Trošku to sráží hodnotu obchodu a hry samotné a pokud to je někde ke koupi, pak jsem nenašel kde. A je to tam zmíněno jako jediný modul, což je potom vlastně zavádějící. Jinak výhrady nemám. Objednal jsem si a do 2 dní nákup doma .

I was thrilled by my personal visit to the store in Ostrava. Being able to touch the boxes and products is priceless. I chatted with the shop assistant and bought a few things. It's really great when the staff plays board games themselves, so they can give personal recommendations and actually know what each game is about.
Z osobní návštěvy prodejny v Ostravě jsem byl nadšený. Ošahat si krabice a zboží je k nezaplacení. Popovídal jsem si s prodavačem a něco i nakoupil. Je velmi přijemné, když prodavač sám hraje stolní hry, které pak může osobně doporučit, když má velký přehled o tom co je která hra zač.

Always satisfied. Fast delivery and a wide range of products that gets updated frequently. I recently discovered they added an interesting selection of beers, but after adding them to my cart, I found out they must be shipped via Česká pošta due to insurance. I don't blame the shop, but since my order was quite large, I ended up removing the beers because I didn't want to carry a heavy package from the post office... :)
Vždy spokojenost, rychlé doručení zboží, široká nabídka zboží, která je často obměňována. Nově jsem objevil, že obchod zařídil zajímavou nabídku piv, ale po přidání do košíku jsem zjistil, že je to podmíněno zasláním přes Českou poštu kvůli pojištění. Obchodu to nezazlívám, ale nakonec jsem měl objednávku větší, tak jsem piva nakonec nenakoupil, protože se mi pak nechtělo nosit těžký balík z pošty...:)
